Return Policy

FLAX is best when you can touch, feel, try on and see in person our wonderful clothes so we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you are unable to make a return within our 30-day return period, please contact our customer service team.

We take great pride in our product and wish to keep our customers happy, so please help us achieve that by returning items in the condition they were sent; unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and free of any stains, pet hair, debris, and odors such as, but not limited to cigarette smoke and perfume.

Any returns that do not follow our return protocol such as returning items late or not in their original condition will be disqualified for a refund and will be sent back to you. You will be contacted via email if your return does not follow our policy.

All returns are refunded back to the original form of payment. We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Exchanges:

We do not do exchanges. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used. We encourage customers to place a new order if a different size or color is needed.

Items marked 'FINAL SALE':

All items marked as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

How to Make a Return:

You can use the original packaging your order came in or provide your own.

Please be sure to include your order form in your return so that we can correctly identify and refund your order.

Your order will include a pre-paid UPS return label that you may use. However, if the pre-paid return label is used, $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund. If you do not have the return label, we can send you another via email, but any postage is accepted.

If our return label is used, you will need to drop off the return at a UPS Store or UPS drop box. We suggest making note of the return tracking number for your records.

If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery and we will not deduct the $10 USD. Our return address is provided at the bottom of this page.

Shipping Back to Us:

Please follow the simple steps below, which are also conveniently located on your order form. 

  1. Find the item(s) you wish to return, which are also conveniently located on your order form.
  2. Use one of the following letter codes as a reason for return: A Fit, B Color, C Style, D Changed Mind, E Other.
  3. If you're within the U.S., put the items back in the original packaging with your order form and place the pre-paid label (or your own label) on the outside.  If you're outside of the US, you can send the return back with the method of your choice.
  4. Drop off at your local UPS store or drop box. We suggest making note of the return tracking number for your records.

All returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item (s).

Returns Outside United States:

We happily accept international returns. However, all orders outside of the U.S. will not be provided with a pre-paid return label. We do not refund original shipping costs or duties and taxes. All international duties and taxes are calculated by weight and destination in accordance with specific country rules and regulations.
