Return Policy

FLAX is best when you can touch, feel, try on, and see our wonderful clothes in person, so we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you are unable to make a return within our 30-day return period, please contact our customer service team.

We take great pride in our product and want our customers to be happy, so please help us by returning items in the condition they were sent: unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and free of stains, pet hair, debris, and odors (including but not limited to cigarette smoke and perfume).

Any return that does not follow our protocol—such as returning items late or not in their original condition—will be disqualified for a refund and will be sent back to you. Returns that are disqualified will be shipped back at the customer's expense. You will be contacted via email if your return does not follow our policy.

All returns are refunded to the original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We want you to get the perfect fit! If you need a different size or color, please place a new order, and we'll gladly assist with your return for a refund to your original form of payment.

Items Marked FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.

New Return Process

To help us keep our beautifully made linen accessible to more women, orders shipped after January 1 will no longer include a prepaid return label. You may now choose the carrier and return method of your choice.

We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and keeping your receipt until we confirm your return and issue your refund.

How to Make a Return

Help us reduce waste and make returns easy! You may reuse the original packaging your order came in or use your own eco-friendly materials.

Please include your completed order form inside your package so we can correctly identify and refund your order.

  1. Locate the item(s) you wish to return, listed on your enclosed order form.
  2. Select one of the following letter codes as your reason for return: A Fit, B Color, C Style, D Changed Mind, E Other
  3. Package your merchandise and order form together using any mailer or box.
  4. Create a shipping label with the carrier of your choice and ship your return to the address below. Please use a carrier with tracking and keep that information until your refund has been issued.

All returns are processed within 7 business days once received. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

Returns Outside the United States

We warmly welcome international returns. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. International duties and taxes are determined based on package weight and destination per each country's regulations.
