Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If there is an unexpected delay, or a selected item is unavailable you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. During sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped due to increased sales volume. Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 or free for orders over $200 (Domestic U.S. only).

Please select the appropriate shipping option at check out. If you are uncertain that it will get to you in time, please specify the date you need it by on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. We offer the following options for domestic US expedited shipping:

  • 2nd Day Air - $20 (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 workforce reduction)
  • Next Day Air - $45 (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 workforce reduction)
  • International Express Mail will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and its destination. (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 workforce reduction)

Please keep in mind, expedited shipping is for days in transit and does not include the day you place your order, weekend days, or holidays.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order is shipped. Please note that the tracking number will take up to 24 hours to activate.

Sales Tax:

State and County sales taxes are based on the designated shipping address. Orders within New York and Illinois will be charged sales tax. 

International orders

Due to a lack of flights for international shipments, USPS is experiencing drastically delayed shipping times. We are seeing some packages take longer than a month to be delivered and ask that you remain patient during this time. Please refer to for more information regarding these delays.

If we’re shipping your order to a country outside the U.S., it may be subject to import duties and taxes that we unfortunately, cannot predict. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office. If you choose to refuse a package because these fees are too expensive, we certainly understand, but the original shipping charge will not be refunded.  Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your package and its destination. If you are having trouble placing your international order, please do not include spaces in zip codes or hyphens in phone numbers.  You may of course, call and place an order by phone if that is easier for you. International packages can be in transit for 10-21 business days.
