Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If there is an unexpected delay, or a selected item is unavailable you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. Please keep in mind expedited shipping is for days in transit and does not include the day you place your order, weekend days or holidays. We will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the weight of your package and its destination. If you have a preference for either shipping method, please indicate that in the "special instructions" box located in your cart.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order is shipped. Please note that the tracking number will take up to 24 hours to activate.
State and County sales taxes are based on the designated shipping address. Orders within New York and Illinois will be charged sales tax.
If we’re shipping your order to a country outside the U.S., it may be subject to import duties and taxes that we unfortunately, cannot predict. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office. If you choose to refuse a package because these fees are too expensive, we certainly understand, but the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If you are having trouble placing your international order, please do not include spaces in zip codes or hyphens in phone numbers. You may of course, call and place an order by phone if that is easier for you. International packages can be in transit for 10-21 business days.
